5 days work week Walking distance from MRT Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records at all times. Monitor and record all tank movements across regions, including laden exports, empty repositioning, and returns at the Point of Delivery (POD). Provide the sales team with timely updates on available inventory levels. Ensure that returned laden tanks are promptly cleaned and prepared for the next order. Plan and oversee the repositioning of empty tanks to meet operational needs. Manage the strategic return of tanks from low-export regions to the base port, including coordinating transshipment where necessary. Verify and maintain accurate costing information related to tank operations. Liaise with POD agents to inform them of incoming shipments and ensure efficient, on-time handling processes. Supervise the collection of demurrage charges at POD for delayed returns. Coordinate with agents to recover demurrage fees from consignees for late tank...
