Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary

The Fleet R&M Coordinator – Visayas (Damage / BRP / Claims) handles day-to-day operations

for all damage, Body Repair & Paint (BRP), and insurance claims concerns for the Visayas fleet.

The role is dedicated exclusively to damage-related tickets and does not handle mechanical /

R&M tickets, which are managed by the Mechanical Fleet R&M Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

1. Damage Ticket Management

● Receive and assess all incoming damage tickets for Visayas.

● Acknowledge each incident report within 1 business hour; coordinate emergency response within 2 hours.

● Coordinate accredited BRP shops within 24 hours of damage report.

● Drive ticket close-out to achieve ≥ 90% Damage Ticket Compliance monthly.

● Document all actions in the ticketing system to maintain a complete audit trail.
