**Description**
Flat roofing Foreman
Lead and supervise commercial flat roofing crews on active job sites
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between crews and project management
Read, interpret, and execute project plans, blueprints, and job specifications
Oversee installation of flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen
Enforce safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements at all times
Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance
Monitor workmanship, productivity, and material usage
Set the pace for the crew through hands-on leadership
Identify and resolve job site issues as they arise
