Fixed Term Team Lead Support Worker - Whanganui

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Team Leader for our Intensive support services in Whanganui with our youth and young adults. You will lead a team in supporting our people to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.

This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term role with the potential for permanent employment. There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.
