+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ Must possess a current Arkansas Registered Nurse license. CPR Certification required.
+ Experience
+ Minimum of one year nursing experience with some home health experience preferred. Must possess good physical assessment skills and efficiency in nursing skills is a must. Requires good communication skills, have professional and courteous attitude. Must be conscientious and self-assured enough to make responsible judgement calls. Must be knowledgeable of Hospital and Home Health Policies and Procedures. Willing to accept responsibilities. Aware of self strengths and weaknesses. Must uphold patient confidentiality. Willing to work closely with other members of home health team. Receptive to suggestions, in services and education.
