Fitbit Customer Support Specialist with Danish and English (Cataluña)

We are looking for a Fitbit Customer Support specialist who is fluent in Danish and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We will help with relocation.

Responsibilities

• Help our users with any issues via tickets or calls.
• Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case‑by‑case, customer‑oriented approach.
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to the supervision team.
• Work with a passionate, customer‑friendly team from an international background.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Good command of English (B1 or equivalent) for training and internal communication.
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features.
• Demonstrating empathy and a desire to help customers as best as possible.
