First Response Technician

We are currently recruiting for a First Response Technician at Muller Manchester to provide quick response and technical support to optimise value creation, working within with the Muller values and standards whilst striving to continuously improve.

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Shift Pattern: – 4 on 4 off Days and Nights (7am–7pm/7pm–7am)

Location: Manchester 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills

• Constant recognition that the value creation is “level 1” - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams

• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems

• Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to “100 year fix” in real time

• Working closely as ONE TEAM with Rapid Response Engineers
