RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Oversee and mentor the Firmware engineering team, providing needed training and working with team members to grow within the organization Manage firmware project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent programs Provide technical mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support for engineering staff Aid in product defect analysis, which may include updating our production tools to collect additional information and mining factory log files Develop and enforce firmware architecture standards and coding best practices. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies Coordinate with peers and other engineering managers within the organization to share best practices QUALIFICATIONS:
