Job Description This position is responsible for the delivery of BIM and CAD design services for fire protection systems such as Wet, Dry, and Pre‑action. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Able to execute project design responsibilities with little supervision Sizing and layout of equipment and distribution systems such as sprinkler heads and piping Perform hydraulic calculations, selection and layout of equipment, and piping system design for fire sprinkler systems Create spool drawings that are clearly labeled and accurately dimensioned for construction feasibility and pre‑fabrication Assist in the development of the systems submittals and approval process thereof Assist with coordination of design and installation in new construction and retrofit projects with project management and field staff Field engineering: assist with project execution, site surveys, trade coordination, scheduling, document management and problem solving, as required Setup and model 2D/3D draw...
