Job Description

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson with a strong carpentry/joinery background and proven experience working on fire doors (internal and external).

You will work to the BM Trada Q-Mark standard, either as an experienced accreditation holder or with a commitment to completing the necessary training and qualifications provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out visual inspections and surveys on fire doors using the new ISS digital inspection system.
  • Complete remedial works on fire doors, including replacing doors, door sets, lippings, seals, painting and installing appropriate signage.
  • Take responsibility for Fire Door PPM, remedial repairs and installation works issued through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes to exceed customer expectations.
