Fintech Payments B2B Growth Lead (Africa)

Black Pen Recruitment’s client, a high-growth fintech company, seeks a Mid Level Business Development Manager (Fintech/Payments) in Cape Town. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on outbound growth across Africa, building pipelines from scratch, and closing high-value merchant and enterprise deals. You will work closely with Head of Sales, Legal, and Compliance to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure smooth handover to Onboarding. Strong CRM discipline and fintech experience preferred.
