Finishing Site Manager

The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of our clients for a large commercial project development on the Boucher Rd, Belfast.

The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager, you will Coordinate a number of trades at one time to close out multiple rooms as per the clients spec and high standard of finish.

£45-55k

Duties:

Close out and deliver completed rooms on time and to perfection

Manage and motivate site teams

Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish

Take control of snag list

Organise and coordinate labour

Produce reports on job progress

Ensure Completion Dates are met

All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Ensure all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and Safety obligations
