About the Role
A fine dining, upmarket restaurant is looking to employ an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with the front of house management.
Requirements Matric and minimum 4 years experience in a fine dining, trendy, fast-paced restaurant. Strong stand‑alone restaurant management skills, including stock takes and stock control. Experience in a similar fast‑paced stand‑alone restaurant. Excellent food knowledge and strong wine/cocktail knowledge. Competent on‑the‑floor manager; experience required from a fine dining context, not from quick‑service restaurants. Willingness to work shifts, especially over public holidays and weekends.Applicants who do not meet the essential requirements will not be contacted.
