Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of personality types. Ability to effectively communicate verbally or in writing, and ability to speak and present in an effective manner. Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. Adaptable to changing member services requirements; including scheduling flexibility, self-motivating, and ability to multi-task on different levels. Must participate in activities as assigned by Branch Vice President and/or Operations Managers to achieve branch and/or individual sales goals.
