Job Overview

In this role at CelcomDigi , you are responsible to prepare and analyse financial statements for the Customer Experience Division (CXD), ensuring full accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and policies as mandated by the organization. You are required to monitor, track, and maintain all financial related matters, prepare periodic financial reports, perform variance analysis, and identify trends in financial data. You will work closely with other departments within CXD to ensure accuracy of the financial data, identify and implement process improvements/initiatives to enhance and improve the division’s financial position, and report any risks or deviations with resolution and timeline.

You will also guide and lead the computation of financial analysis required, such as profitability reports by channels, customer segments, and product lines, and provide these on a periodic basis for decision making. Other departments from CXD will r...
