Financial Manager (Farming)

Our client in Rustenburg is looking for a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting / Management Accounting


• SAICA Articles


• 2 – 3 Years Experience in Similar role


• Ability to manage multiple entities and farming operations


• Oversee all aspects of company accounting across all entities


• Manage and process all payments, including suppliers and operational expenses


• Administer and control salary and wage payments


• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and annual budgets for all farms with Farm Managers


• Monitor budget performance and provide variance reports.


• Administer employee pension funds and medical aid


• Manage all SARS relations and statutory requirements for all companies


• Oversee company insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
