Financial Director - Retail

Job duties:

• Lead a small team based in Hong Kong to oversee day-to-day business and accounting operations, treasury, transactions duties.
• Overview consolidated financial statements of HK and PRC book
• Manage working capital, cash flow and balance sheet for the group
• Prepare business planning, budgeting, forecasting to support business decisions and growth
• Revamp the current finance procedures, SOP as well as internal control policy
• Work closely with auditors, banks, Tax advisor and other third parties
