Financial Director

Equifind is partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed restaurant group to recruit a Finance Director. This is a pivotal leadership role within a dynamic, multi-site business that is scaling both organically and through strategic expansion.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Director will play a critical role in driving financial performance, strengthening controls and supporting the executive team in delivering the group’s growth strategy. The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance expertise with commercial acumen and a proven ability to operate within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
