Financial Controller

Our client is a dynamic tech company, headquartered in Singapore, with ambitious growth plans. As the company scales and plans for IPO, we are seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance function, drive compliance, and support the expansion journey.

As Financial Controller, you will be reporting to the CEO and be a strategic backbone of its finance team. You will:

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support growth.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions and business expansion.
• Liaising with auditors, regulators, and advisors.
• Manage board affairs and corporate matters.
• Advise on compliance on corporate governance, regulatory obligations, and best practices.
