I'm partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization in the construction and infrastructure services industry to identify a Controller who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing business.

About the Role

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing the accounting function, driving financial reporting, improving processes, and partnering with operations to support strategic growth.

Pay range and compensation package

• Base Salary: $140,000 (slight flexibility)
• Bonus: 10 to 20% depending on experience
• Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close process
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and provide financial insights to executive leadership
