Large, privately owned Brisbane success story which has grown from strength to strength and is now seeking an ambitious Finance Controller to help solidify all areas of financial accounting and management reporting. 
 
The Role
Seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead financial / management reporting across a large, multi-entity business. This newly created role is a key leadership role (managing a small team) driving accurate reporting, stronger financial performance and continuous improvement across systems, processes and teams.

• Lead month-end and financial reporting
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy
• Deliver budget analysis and business insights
• Improve finance systems and processes
• Partner with Commercial and Operations teams
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
