Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Responsible with a high degree of interaction with the Bank.
2. Responsible for the preparation and execution of corporate finance transactions which would involve:
   • cash flow management
   • financial modeling
   • analysis of the Group's operations and financials
   • compiling benchmark ratios/ metrics
   • project feasibility studies
   • loan applications
   • writing information memoranda
3. Responsible for the preparation and creation of reports for the shareholders.
4. Participate in credit/ investment discussions and assist in the preparation of all necessary documents requested by these counter-parties.
5. Contribute with the Business development by:
   • conceptualization / feasibility studies
   • establishing and implementation of policies
