Financial Analyst - Fp&A (Xico)

The Financial Analyst will assist with financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, and perform high‑impact research and analysis. The analyst works with functional teams to provide financial guidance and assistance.

Location and reporting: The role is onsite in the Santa Catarina office, Monterrey area, Mexico. Reports to Director of FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end close processes and reconciliations.
• Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks.
• Review and analyze financial metrics, statements, and reports; analyze key business drivers and their impact on results.
• Work with functional teams to evaluate opportunities for improvement.
