Job Overview

Financial Analyst responsible for the financial management of the client's asset portfolio, fulfilling the financial obligations according to the terms of the Property Management agreement.

Responsibilities

• Perform lease administration/financial duties, including AP/AR and accruals.
• Assist the Financial Controller in monthly and quarterly closings by timely and accurately providing comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with client requirements.
• Prioritize and maintain high volume workload and productivity standards for the client.
• Research, analyze and effectively communicate complex accounting issues and escalates appropriately.
• Apply appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, research transactions and reporting.
• Maintain interface with third‑party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance.
