Financial Analyst 26-12149

Provides a broad range of operational support by performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities within Operations & Technology. The role supports internal partner relationships and ensures operational effectiveness to meet business objectives, Service Level Goals, and quality standards. The Operations Officer II reports to a Team Manager and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operational volumes during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational activities including withdrawals, transfers, and processing tasks
• Accurately complete high-volume transactions within strict timelines and established standards
• Participate in daily huddles, work distribution, and team touchpoints
