You will be working as a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner for a mid-sized Multi Academy Trust in Worcestershire.

Your new role

You will act as the lead finance contact for a portfolio of schools, building strong relationships with headteachers and senior leaders. You will take ownership of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and clearlymunicated.Key responsibilities include:

Providing clear, practical financial advice to support planning and operational decision‑making

Preparing monthly management accounts with insightfulmentary and variance analysis

Leading annual budget setting and multi‑year financial planning

Maintaining accurate forecasts and identifying risks, pressures, and opportunities

Supporting audits, statutory reporting, and fixed asset management
