Finance operations manager (execution-focused)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Finance Operations Manager to drive financial performance across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a traditional reporting role.

The successful candidate will:

Own financial tracking and reporting Drive accountability across teams Improve cash flow and operational efficiency Actively contribute to revenue performance and decision-making This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable pushing teams to improve financial outcomes.
