Licensed, well-capitalised, and operating at the crossroads of institutional finance and digital assets — this firm is scaling fast and looking for a Finance Manager to help lay the financial groundwork for what comes next. Think OTC, stablecoins, cross-border payments, and a US licensing play on the horizon.

Responsibilities Business Support Work closely with the portfolio management and trading teams as a strategic finance partner; report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. 
Provide deep dive analysis and build financial models to support decision-making and trading strategy evaluations. 
Drive revenue initiatives with direct impact on financial performance, including P&L management at the strategy and desk level.
