Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial costing models and analyses.
• Manage and oversee B-BBEE monitoring, reporting, and verification processes.
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all tax-related returns and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidations.
• Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit processes, ensuring the timely resolution of audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance requirements, Finance Policies, Procedures, and Manuals.
