Finance Executive - Morning

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain general ledger records.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in QuickBooks and other database systems.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking processes.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and support audit requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor and improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
• ACCA qualified/part-qualified or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
