About the Role

Finance Admin Executive
  • Location: Tuas (Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possesses own vehicle)
  • Basic: $3800 to $4300
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration and/or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in finance/accounting field
Primary Responsibilities: a) Transaction Processing:
  • Check matching of supplier’s invoice, purchase order (PO) and purchase requisition.
  • Prepare sales invoices and process receipts.
  • Check all invoices for proper authorisation according to the financial regulations before processing payment.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
  • Prepare journal entries / vouchers.
  • Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations.
