Finance Business Partner

About the role

At a pivotal moment in our organisational evolution, you will build trusted partnerships with senior managers and their teams to provide vital financial guidance. You will work directly with the Head of Finance (HoF) and Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP) to run complex financial models that support agile decision-making across the IOSH group. 

Your core responsibilities will include: 

Strategic Advisor: Provide individual directorates with tailored advice, detailed options, and predictive scenarios to improve business performance. 

Core Management Accounting: Produce monthly financials, Directorate income/expenditure accounts, and detailed variance analyses. 

Forecasting & Planning: Guide budget holders through financial reviews, build robust forecasts, and support the creation of the Annual Budget and Medium-Term Financial Plan for the Board of Trustees.
