Within our Head Office, based in Chipping Sodbury, we are looking for a Finance Assistant to be part of a small team that makes a big difference.

You will be joining a thriving and established General Ledger team, where quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with the business to provide support, find solutions, and support the Supervisor with the successful management of the accounts.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate production of the management and statutory accounts, including performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Costing and reconciling expenses
• Updating the cashbook; processing sundry payments and cash receipts
• Completing variance analysis of cost compared to forecast and budget
