Finance and Operation Admin
Location: On-site – Singapore
Responsibilities- Raising facilities service request (FSR) for all adhoc services
- Closing FSR by attaching the related invoice for each service request
- Monitoring and controlling adhoc budget
- Working closely with operations team for FSR and other operational cost concerns
- Assisting on raising Purchase Request (PR)
- Monitoring Applied Material's Purchase Order balance
- Adhoc request as needed
