Finance and Operation Admin

Location: On-site – Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Raising facilities service request (FSR) for all adhoc services
  • Closing FSR by attaching the related invoice for each service request
  • Monitoring and controlling adhoc budget
  • Working closely with operations team for FSR and other operational cost concerns
  • Assisting on raising Purchase Request (PR)
  • Monitoring Applied Material's Purchase Order balance
  • Adhoc request as needed
