About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provides finance and accounting;
- Daily processing and recording of purchase invoices; match billing invoices from suppliers against company purchase orders, check actual quantity received, unit prices, and total amount for payment;
- Daily processing and recording sales invoices; match sales invoices against sales orders from customers;
- Processing of bank statements and prepares periodic bank reconciliation reports;
- Assists in checking of payroll data, particularly on the charging of employee’s actual hours worked to specific projects; and
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written),
- Experience with using accounting software (through VPN and Remote Desktop Server) is an advantage,
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, e...
