• Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare financial reconciliations.
• Digitize financial documents and records, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining an efficient filing system.
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to finance and administrative operations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with document management tools and digitalization processes.
