Overview

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support our expanding business. You will be working in a busy accounts department, responsible for assisting the Credit Control function by undertaking query resolution, debt chasing, answering emails and the telephone. What will you be doing

• Dealing with daily correspondence received by post and email efficiently


• Processing invoices with correct purchase order numbers within agreed timeframes


• Maintaining confidentiality at all times and using discretion where necessary


• Ensuring invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information


• Making and receiving phone calls
