About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Maintain organized financial records, contracts and supporting documentation.
  • Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates, account reviews and compliance requirements.
