Finance & Accounting Analyst

About the Role:

We're hiring a Financial Analyst / Construction Accountant to strengthen our financial operations — covering reporting, forecasting, budgeting, job costing, and cash flow. The ideal candidate has solid experience in job costing or project accounting, is fluent in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and advanced Excel, and is proactive about spotting and fixing financial gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis

• Produce regular (weekly through annual) financial reports
• Run variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Spot trends and improvement opportunities in financial data

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Own the monthly budgeting process
• Build and maintain financial models for short- and long-term planning
• Provide financial insight to inform business decisions
