About the Role
Our client, in Franklin NC is a state of the art manufacturing facility that produces high quality hardwood and engineered flooring products. As a Utility Nester, you will be an essential part of the Milling team that ensures finished flooring products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Franklin, NC
**Pay Range: $16-$17.60 per hour**

+ Assess surfaces that require putty application
+ Apply utility putty to fill gaps and repair surfaces
+ Must learn the difference between lumber species and widths
+ Must be able to learn and apply Wood Eye numbering system
