Field Trainer UK & Nordics: Retail Coaching

MONCLER is seeking a Field Trainer based in London to develop retail teams across the UK & Nordics. This includes delivering training, coaching, and supporting new store openings.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in fashion luxury retail, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in English is essential, and other languages are a plus. This role may require flexible working hours, including weekends.
