About the Role
Working Hours/Days
6:30amam – 3:00 pm Monday – FridaySaturdays & Sundays and callouts as needed.
Basic Duties
+ Perform service and repairs on construction equipment in the field for Altorfer’s customers.
+ Troubleshoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical, and other systems.
+ Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
+ Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors, technical problems, and determine proper solutions.
+ Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors.
+ Order parts in equipment parts books or online.
+ Complete service reports and enter the proper data into the computer systems.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of four years’ experience in a service setting required.
