The Role

This is a highly active role requiring a versatile technician who can move seamlessly between high-level networking, server maintenance, and end-user desktop support.

Beyond the technical, we are looking for a professional who understands that clear communication and accurate administration are as important as the repair itself.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Technical Support: Provide hands-on hardware and software support for Desktops, Laptops, and Servers . Network Infrastructure: Configure and maintain Ubiquiti and Sophos environments (knowledge of Reyee is a plus). Advanced Networking: Implement and troubleshoot VLANs , routing protocols, and connectivity. Software Cloud: Resolve issues within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and various server.
