Field Supervisor- Community Habilitation (Bilingual Spanish)

Position Summary:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting monthly individual visits, and following up on recommendations. The Supervisor will design and implement program components that uphold high expectations, promote social and personal growth, and cultivate a caring and engaging community.

Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Conduct assessments to determine individuals' goals.
• Supervise Community Habilitation (Com-Hab) staff and address sensitive issues as they arise.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding individuals' progress.
• Track daily attendance.
• Maintain regular communication with families, Com-Hab staff, and the Director.
• Immediately notify the Director of any operational issues.
