Field Specialist - Mechanical Gas / Steam Turbine / Compressors

This position will be responsible for performing on-site installation of systems and equipment and for ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation.

• Leading and executing foundation and soft‑foot checks and adjustments.
• Leading and executing assembly, installation, and alignment of equipment.
• Leading and executing independent inspections of equipment.
• Providing business ownership for work in assigned areas.
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers and Baker Hughes.
• Providing leadership to balance customer service satisfaction and Baker Hughes objectives.
• Driving safety, on‑time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
