Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for traveling to the customer and servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for machines. They will set up, test, and adjust machinery using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic or computer technologies. They will resolve any operational issues in the field. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities :

·         Assure that all customers’ problems are handled with minimal delay.

·         Ability to work from technical manuals, work instructions, work orders, and follow up on historic troubleshooting findings and notes.
