About the Role
What you’ll be doing
- Provide Hands‑on technical support for Semiconductor’s group machine installation, setup, buy‑off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customers sites both locally and overseas.
- Prepare reports which inclusive of service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to machine performance.
- To update the Management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.
- Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and working closely with HQ and Sales Personnel.
- Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer’s site.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support ongoing projects and business needs as assigned by the manager.
