Field Service Engineer

Anton Paar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a whole owned subsidiary of the Austrian company Anton Paar GmbH.

We are currently strengthening our service‑team and looking for a highly‑motivated customer‑oriented person, with excellent problem‑solving skills.

As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible to provide on‑site service including preventative maintenance, calibration, installation and customer training across all our Characterization product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers via on‑site, telephone and email.
• Performing on‑site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Evaluating malfunctioning instruments and preparing estimates for the cost of repair.
• Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).
