Field Service Engineer (m-f-d)

Based In Melaka Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain equipment to ensure stable production at customer sites.
• Conduct technical training for customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
• Provide clear updates on machine condition and actions taken after each visit.
• Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved.
• Communicate equipment status after any support provided (onsite or remote).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Experienced with semiconductor machinery (die sorter, pick & place, vision inspection, robotic handling).
• Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proactive and creative in solving technical problems.
• Flexible to travel oversea such as United State (US) and stay on-site for long period.
