**What's the Job?**
+ Installation and machine maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites within WI/ IL region
+ Perform service calls at customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving company products.
+ Provide technical support to other service representatives and customers, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
